What personal data we process
We only process data necessary for handling inquiries, bookings, stay preparation, and fulfilling the legal obligations of the accommodation provider.
Contact and inquiry form
If you send us a question or inquiry, we may process:
- first and last name,
- email,
- phone number,
- dates of stay,
- number of guests,
- message or note regarding the stay.
We use this data solely to handle your inquiry, confirm availability and pricing, and communicate regarding the accommodation.
Online check-in before arrival
Before arrival, we may request data required for the registration of guests:
- first and last name,
- date of birth,
- citizenship,
- home address,
- arrival and departure dates,
- type and number of identity document,
- information required for the local tourist tax,
- for foreign guests, data required for the legal reporting of stay to the Foreign Police of the Czech Republic.
Upon arrival, we may ask you to present an identity document to verify the completed information. We do not require a photocopy or photograph of the document.
Why we process the data
We process data primarily for the purpose of:
- handling inquiries or bookings,
- preparing and facilitating the stay,
- communicating with guests,
- maintaining the legal register of guests,
- recording and remitting the local tourist tax,
- reporting the accommodation of foreigners to the Foreign Police if applicable,
- protecting our rights and resolving any damages or issues related to the stay.
How long we keep the data
We keep data in the registration book for 6 years from the last entry, as required by law.
Contact details from the inquiry form are kept only for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, booking, or subsequent communication regarding the stay.
Who we share the data with
We do not share personal data with third parties unless necessary for website operation, providing accommodation, or fulfilling a legal obligation.
Data may be disclosed to the necessary extent to, for example:
- the web administrator or technical provider of the form,
- an accountant / tax advisor, if necessary,
- the municipality for the local tourist tax,
- the Foreign Police for foreign guests, if required by law.
Cookies
The website may use technical cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
If analytical or marketing cookies are used on the site, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools, they must be listed separately, and visitors must be allowed to manage them via a cookie banner.
Embedded content from other websites
The website may contain embedded content from other websites, such as a map, video, booking element, or a link to Booking.com.
Such embedded content behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website directly. These services may use their own cookies or process the visitor’s technical data.
Comments, registration, and Gravatar
We do not normally allow public comments or user registration on this website.
If comments or user accounts are enabled in the future, the data provided in the form, IP address, browser information, and potentially other technical data needed to protect the site against spam may be processed.

We cannot delete certain data immediately if we have a legal obligation to keep it, such as data in the registration book for the period stipulated by law.
