Arrival time

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.

If you plan to arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance – we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Key handover

Instructions for picking up the keys and entering the apartment will be sent to you after the reservation / online check-in is completed, at the latest on the day of arrival.

Basic info: Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell marked “Vojíkovi” at the main entrance. Our doorbell is connected online, so we can open the entrance to the house for you even if we are not home at the moment.

We usually hand over the keys in person. If we are not on-site at the time of your arrival, they will be ready for you in a coded lockbox by the apartment.
The code will be sent on the day of arrival.

Parking

You can park:

• for free on the street in front of the house or in adjacent streets
• or in a paid parking lot nearby

First apartment check

After entering the apartment, we kindly ask you to perform a brief visual check:

whether the apartment is clean
whether everything is functional
whether anything is missing or damaged

If you notice any defect, damage, or missing equipment, please let us know as soon as possible (ideally on the day of arrival).
We will resolve everything as far as possible.

Unreported defects may be considered to have occurred during your stay.
