Checking out of the accommodation

Please check out by 11:00 AM at the latest, unless agreed otherwise.
If you need to adjust your departure time, please let us know in advance – we will be happy to try to accommodate you if possible.

Before you leave, please

To help us prepare the apartment for the next guests, we would appreciate it if you could do the following before departing:

• Remove the bed linen and leave it on the bed
• Wash and put away any used dishes in their place
• Take out the general waste (container in front of the house)
• Leave sorted waste (plastic, glass) in bags in the kitchen – we will take care of it
• Tidy up any major mess, if any occurred
• Turn off the lights and close the windows
• Leave the keys in the designated place

Cleaning

You don’t need to clean the apartment in detail – we will take care of that.
Thank you for keeping things reasonably tidy.

If you would like to thank the cleaning lady, you can leave a small tip in the prepared box.

Did something happen during your stay?

If any damage has occurred (e.g., breakage, spills, staining), please let us know.

Small things are a normal part of operation – for larger damages, we will agree on a solution together.
