We require this information to prepare your accommodation, maintain guest records, process the local tourist tax, and fulfill the legal obligations of the accommodation provider.
Upon arrival, we may ask you to present an identity document to verify the information. We do not require a photocopy or photograph of the document.

The accommodation provider is obliged to maintain a registration book for the local tourist tax and keep it for 6 years from the last entry. For foreign nationals, there is an additional obligation to report the accommodation to the Czech Foreign Police within 3 working days of arrival.
