🌡️ How the heating works in the apartment
The apartment is heated via a gas boiler, which we set for you.
The heating is smart, and we can adjust it remotely via a mobile app if needed.
Heating season
During the winter months, the heating is typically set to a comfortable 21 °C.
We usually do not heat from April to September.
However, if you feel cold, please let us know — we can turn the heating on by arrangement.
How to adjust the temperature yourself
If you feel cold or, conversely, too warm, you can adjust the temperature for a short period:
- on the heating controller,
- or by slightly turning the valve directly on the radiator.
Please handle the controller and valves gently and do not use force.
Important notice
Manual temperature changes serve mainly as a short-term “boost” or temperature reduction.
Once the manually set temperature is reached, the heating will return to its normal settings.
If you would like to change the temperature permanently for the duration of your stay, please write to us.
We will adjust the settings remotely via the app.
Please
- Do not tamper with the gas boiler.
- Do not cover the radiators with wet clothes or towels.
- When ventilating, it is better to air out the room briefly and intensely.
- If the heating does not respond or if you feel cold for a long time, please contact us.
